In a recent interview, actor Humhu, who portrayed one of the raiders in the critically acclaimed film ‘Kalki 2898 AD,’ spoke about his experiences working with some of India’s leading stars, including Prabhas and Deepika Padukone. Humhu described Prabhas as a truly generous and humble person, living up to his moniker of ‘darling’ in every sense.

Recalling his interactions with Prabhas, Humhu shared that although he didn’t have any scenes with Amitabh Bachchan in the film, he had some amazing scenes with Prabhas and Deepika. Humhu emphasized that Prabhas personally taught him valuable tips during an action sequence, despite being a newcomer and already a fan of the superstar.
“He didn’t need to do that—I’m just a newcomer, and I was already a fan—but he helped me like an elder brother,” added Humhu.
Deepika Padukone’s Professionalism and Kindness
Working with Deepika Padukone was equally enlightening for Humhu. He candidly shared how her presence on set helped ease his nerves during an intense scene. Sensing his anxiety, Deepika intentionally cracked a joke to make him laugh, a gesture that meant a lot to Humhu.
“They are not just professionals but also incredibly big-hearted individuals. It was my good fortune to work with them,” Humhu added, praising both Prabhas and Deepika for going out of their way to help him despite their celebrity status.
